Elevate Foundations

3, One on one private training sessions with a certified trainer tailored to help you seamlessly, safely, and confidently join group functional fitness classes.

During these sessions, we review and teach bodyweight movements, basic resistance training technique, beginner Olympic Lifting skills in addition to helping you mobilize and stretch your muscles to help you optimize your workouts. We also take the time to help you become familiar with the equipment and the layout of the gym.
